David Odell, President
David knows the fire protection industry inside out, having worked most of his adult life at Northeast. He started as many kids do, working in the pipe shop during school summer vacations, and advanced into the design field before beginning his apprenticeship phase in the local sprinkler fitters union in 1985. Once David completed his apprenticeship, he went on to advance his skills in a variety of systems by working in a service/diagnosis capacity for several years before taking control of the company in the 1990’s. Since then he has built a team of skilled and knowledgeable fire protection professionals who share his dedication to doing the job right every time. Whatever your need, he can help you determine the practical and serviceable fire suppression solution.

Mike is involved in many aspects of the company, including sales, construction, service, inspections, testing and design. After more than 30 years with Northeast, Mike also has developed excellent working relationships with many contractors. He makes sure everything is running smoothly so your job gets done on time and on budget.

Peter is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all of our jobs. He works closely with general contractors and is involved in everything from scheduling to project management. Whether it be a new project, a renovation, service, or testing, Peter is in the know! Peter’s 23 years of experience at Northeast shines through and he will make sure that your job will be done efficiently and on schedule.
Brittany Cassidy
Administrative Field Liaison/ Service Coordinator
Brittany works with Peter assisting him with everything from scheduling, to communicating with the field staff and contractors, to maintaining the many various systems we use to keep things organized for our jobs. Fred leads our team of systems designers who can design your new or renovated system from start to finish. With 27 years of experience at Northeast, (and much more in the industry), Fred keeps our design/build services current with the changing requirements and innovations of the industry. Also crucial to our design team are Sean MacWalter and Ryan McGilvray.

Brandon Odell
Shop Foreman

Brandon is in charge of fabrication and materials expedition. Brandon (3rd generation of Odells) after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Product Design and Innovation, joined the Local 550 union. Brandon took over operations of the shop after completing his five year apprenticeship and working in the field. His combined education and experience brings fresh and innovative ideas to managing the shop, as well as helping to solve issues for our fitters in the field. Along with our hard-working shop fabrication workers and delivery drivers, he makes sure our field teams always have all the parts and supplies they need, so your jobs are never delayed by supply problems.
